We are actively seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish), bright, self-motivated individuals who enjoy energetically selling solutions to our customer's problems. Whether it's providing product and technical advice after disasters such as fires and floods, or helping our customers build their businesses, your responsibilities will have substantial variety including, but not limited to, the following:
· Developing professional relationships with our customers face to face and over the phone
· Assisting customers with product selection and placing product orders
· Recommending new product offerings
· Providing product and technical advice
· Ensuring that customers enjoy the time they spend working with you
· Addressing any concerns a customer may have while in the showroom
· Learning about new products and industry trends
· Attending product and industry seminars and training events
· Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
· Able to work M-F and some Saturdays

Required Skills
· Bachelor's degree preferred
· At least 2-3 years of recent customer service
· Confident demeanor, competitive drive, and goal-oriented nature
· Strong computer skills
· Excellent communications skills (oral and written), courteous and clear telephone voice
· Willing to invest time and effort into learning about Jon-Don's products
· Bilingual (English-Spanish)
