Responsible for receiving inbound calls from owners & helping them plan their dream vacation with Wyndham Vacation Ownership while maintaining a high-level of customer service and satisfaction.   We are looking for a individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills who will respond to the owners and guest needs in a professional manner. Responsible for booking travel arrangements for WVO owners, such as car rentals, airfare, hotel reservations and cruises.   

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Able to navigate multiple computer systems and show proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be able to handle large call volume of travel inquiries.
  • Team-centric and positively motivated to delight our guests.
  • Possess drive/initiative to complete tasks on a timely basis.
  • Able to exercise good judgment in making decisions.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks, have a sense of urgency to complete tasks while being detail-oriented and professional.
  • Exceptional listener with exceptional communication skills.
  • Enjoy talking to different people on a daily basis.

FT Shipping & Receiving Manager

Pacific Northwest Theater is seeking a full-time Shipping & Receiving Manager to work at their South Seattle office.  This position is for someone who has the right attitude and experience, wants to grow with the company and is willing to contribute and be a valued team member every day!

 

The job will entail overseeing incoming and outgoing shipping activities, determining shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods, prepare bills of lading, check items to be shipped against work orders, arrange for a carrier vehicle or pickup as required, determine storage areas for larger incoming shipments and work with Warehouse Manager to allocate appropriate space within the warehouse.

 

In addition will assist in physically moving incoming items to designated storage areas, receive and unload incoming materials and compare information packing slip with purchase order, sort, count, packages, labels, insure and unpack and/or log inventory which is shipped or received and well as perform multiple other shipping and receiving duties.

 

Minimum job requirements are a High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.  In addition, all candidates must have the ability to multi-task in high stress situations and prioritize during busy times, ability to read, sort, check count and verify numbers as well as basic math skills, knowledge of postal and commercial methods and procedures as well as strong computer proficiencies, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for an extended period of time, communicate professionally and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers as well as tolerance of dogs in a work environment.

 

Salary depends on experience with a review after successful completion of the first 90 days, as well as medical and dental insurance, paid time off and paid  holidays.
