Position Requirements
Broad knowledge and experience in commercial real estate
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment Including Excel
Advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to finance and commercial lease administration; Operational Expense principles and calculations
Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions
Basic Qualifications
· Associate or Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting (or in another field with equivalent work experience), and prefer five years with a commercial real estate company
· Three (3) years' experience directly related to commercial real estate lease administration
· Experience and competence utilizing commercial real estate software platforms
· Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment
· Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations
· An excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively
· An excellent ability to build trust among colleagues and service partners
· Analyzing Information-Statistical Analysis
