Newton Research Labs has an immediate need for an Electronics Engineer to work at their Renton location. This position will work closely with engineers to solve challenging computational problems and design, implement, and transition prototype solutions into production-quality systems.
In addition to research, planning, design, prototype, test and debug high-reliability and high performance electronic devises, will work with staff engineers to research and solve difficult computer vision, automation, and robotics problems. Produce design documentation including BOM’s and system specifications, assist with product verification and validation testing, assist with product transfer to production.
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent amount of education and experience, new product development experience, mixed signal experience (analog & digital) low voltage power supply design experience, strong verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate who knows how to use Altium to design printed circuit boards is highly preferred. The salary range is $40,000 to $60,000 annually depending upon experience.
