Responsibilities

Provide support to Account Managers and
Inside-Sales Coordinators
·
Coordinate between departments to provide answers and recommendations
·
Track orders and credit card reconciliations for
accounts
·
Identify new suppliers through self-directed
research
·
Represent company at vendor meetings
Qualifications
·
BA in marketing, communications or other related
field
·
2 years of related experience in a marketing
department or agency preferred
·
Prior business to business experience is a
benefit
·
Excellent written and verbal skills
· Ability
to multitask effectively and meet deadlines
·
Proven
proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Schedule
This is a temporary to hire position working a Monday –
Friday, 8AM – 5PM (potential for a flexible schedule)
Pay
$16 per hour
