Representative – CSR
Ajilon Professional Staffing is recruiting for multiple
Customer Service Representatives to join a growing international company
located in Bellevue. This is a great

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with clients by providing
direct, high level customer service
·
Provide guidance to clients in utilizing and
optimizing systems
·
Serve as a liaison with the appropriate
departments to gain relevant information, resolve problems, or support
Qualifications
·
Excellent customer service skills
·
Strong written & verbal communication skills
·
Strong computer skills
·
Must be fluent (speak, read and write) in
English
·
Must be available to work any shift, including
weekends
·
Minimum 1 year of related work experience in a
customer facing role handling customer complaints, resolving problems, etc.
·
Hotel/Hospitality a plus
Schedule
Weekly schedule varies and includes weekends. Daily
schedule: 6AM – 3PM OR 3PM – 11PM. Pay
incentives to work on weekends and later shifts. MUST be able to work any shift
and weekends.
Pay
$13.00 per hour with pay incentives for weekend and 2nd
shift.
