Customer Service Representative – CSR

Ajilon Professional Staffing is recruiting for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join a growing international company located in Bellevue.  This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that values hard work, is committed to customer service and promotes from within their own team. Top candidates will take pride in their role as the representative of the business and take a genuine interest in resolving customer issues.

Length: Direct Hire

Responsibilities
·        Manage relationships with clients by providing direct, high level  customer service
·        Provide guidance to clients in utilizing and optimizing systems
·        Serve as a liaison with the appropriate departments to gain relevant information, resolve problems, or support

Qualifications
·        Excellent customer service skills
·        Strong written & verbal communication skills
·        Strong computer skills
·        Must be fluent (speak, read and write) in English
·        Must be available to work any shift, including weekends
·        Minimum 1 year of related work experience in a customer facing role handling customer complaints, resolving problems, etc.
·        Hotel/Hospitality a plus

Schedule
Weekly schedule varies and includes weekends. Daily schedule:  6AM – 3PM OR 3PM – 11PM. Pay incentives to work on weekends and later shifts. MUST be able to work any shift and weekends.

Pay
$13.00 per hour with pay incentives for weekend and 2nd shift.
Orca bus pass and parking are included
