Norwegian Cruise Line is hiring our cruise guest Meet and Greet team for the 2016 summer season, beginning May 7th! 

Work days are Saturdays and Sundays, (starting May 7th) with shifts available from 7am-3pm or 9am-4pm downtown at Pier 66, or 8am-2pm at the Airport.  A commitment to work all weekends (including holiday weekends) are required through mid-September is required.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE 

Ø Pier Agent at Seattle’s Pier 66 Downtown:  Check-In our guests and welcome them on-board our beautiful ships for their Alaska Cruise. Some jobs require a basic level of comfort with computers (we train on our simple check-in system). $13.00 per hour 

Ø Airport Meet & Greet Agent at SeaTac Airport- Meet and Greet our guests as they arrive to Seattle, and assist them with their transportation to the pier to start their vacation of a lifetime!  $15.24hr

 

Requirements: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate; Well-groomed with a friendly and outgoing demeanor; Prior customer service/hospitality experience and dealing with the public a plus; Must have great customer service skills; excellent interpersonal with written and verbal communication skills with all level of guests, management, and fellow employees; Adhere to work schedule and able to work the entire cruise season as committed to during the hiring process; Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time often entire shift (4-8 hours); Willing to work both indoors and outdoors in potentially uncomfortable weather conditions, and comfortable working in crowded spaces.
