The Reporting and Business Intelligence Solutions Functional Analyst will perform the user-facing support role responsible for providing functional support services to the business users of the PeopleSoft Application suite reporting tools. The analyst will also assist with delivering training activities including formal training for end-users.
The position requires the ability to understand complex reporting needs, research solutions, and provide working knowledge and hands-on support for users unfamiliar with the tools. The position also requires strong written, planning, and oral communication skills coupled with a strong data and reporting background.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
Two or more years Oracle PeopleSoft PS Query experience.
Experience developing training materials and providing training to various business user groups.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical and functional concepts to various business user groups.
