An excellent ability to build trust among colleagues and service partners.
Experience in Operational/CAM reconciliations, budget review and audit processes
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Oracle and Oracle queries
Evidence of participation in commercial real estate industry organizations
Seven to Ten years of experience in commercial lease administration for a real estate company
Proficiency utilizing commercial real estate software platforms
Paralegal Certification
