Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF) is looking to hire VRA eligible Financial Management Analyst's to perform the following duties: Advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. Formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities. Present and defend budget estimates before authorities. Review and evaluate budget requests. May include development, determination, and interpretation of budgetary policies and practices. Work also includes analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of an organization's programs and administrative operations; implementing legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets; and providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities. The position is a GS-11 (Starting at $63,344 a year) with the promotion potential to GS-12 (Starting at $75,925 a year).
