The Student Success Center Director is a newly created position in Olympia. The primary role of the Student Success Center Director is to foster student success and completion in the community and technical college system especially for low-income students, students of color and working adults. The Director will provide leadership for a statewide change management initiative that aligns with the
mission, goals, and emergent priorities of the college system. the position will serve as the main point-of-contact for college faculty and staff and relevant stakeholders involved in student completion initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in organizational development, higher education administration,
communications or related field, Masters preferred.
Experience as a higher education administrator.
Knowledge of Washington's community and technical college system
