This person will supervise a staff of GIS and CAD professionals and analysts responsible for the administration, configuration and performance of the company's CAD, GIS (GE Smallworld) and related mapping computer applications. They will consult with users to review, analyze, troubleshoot, modify and test systems to improve efficiency and/or functionality. In addition, they will provide a lead role in facilitating solutions to complex issues involving spatial technologies that support PSE's business initiatives and will assist in the development of resource plans, department budgets, goals and objectives.
