REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of related experience in higher education.
• 1+ years of related experience working with online student or employee self-service features.
• Working knowledge of ERP or Automated Systems for higher education, preferably PeopleSoft.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, vendors and the public.
• Strong working knowledge of Washington community and technical college business practices and policies as it pertains to enrollment management.
• Proven experience in management of communications, including creation, update and verification of letter, email and online communications.
• Proven experience in management of unusual actions or service indicators and student groups.
• Proven experience in enrollment management, including registration appointments, test scores, enrollment rules, class requisites processes, and state enrollment reporting.
• Solid desktop automation skills including effective use of e-mail, word processors, Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel spreadsheets, and the ability to use tools in conjunction with databases.
• A team-oriented person with the ability to work closely with team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and provide leadership and direction to college teams for the implementation process.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
