"Coordinator of Outreach, Recruitment and Employment".

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Extensive knowledge of job training, workforce development and local labor issues required
- Three years experience in educational counseling, advising, career advising, and/or outreach/recruiting required; five years experience preferred
- Computer skills using MS Office programs required
- Experience with marketing strategies and the use of social media preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations, including low income, marginalized and underemployed populations; demonstrated cultural competency
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills, including report writing, presentation, and documentation skills
- Ability to create systems for tracking and reporting outreach activities, enrollment, and employment; database management experience required
- Experience working in a technical or community college preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments required
- Valid driver's license for regional travel
