Client Services Representative

A & B Bailey Solutions LLC, dba Link Staffing Services in King County is recruiting for a Client Services Representative to assisting in our growing business. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Participates in internal business development initiatives including but not limited to networking, chamber meetings, social media and market campaigns.
• Participates in weekly office meetings to create new ways to build business
• Actively and personally participates in a community or professional network or associations
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their business and anticipating their needs and business cycles/trends
• Travels to client sites according to client visit schedule and provides additional services when needed
• Understands the dynamics of Pay, Burden, and Bill Rates, and the effect they have on company profitability

RECRUITING
• Maintains recruiting sources in accordance with needs and anticipated needs
• Actively networks with recruiting resources
• Participates in job fairs, workshops and agency resources events

OPERATIONS
• Recruits, develops, and retains qualified Link staff to job match to client orders
• Processes and orientates all applicants according to Link standards
• Maintains proper documentation of Link staff and client contacts and activities
• Processes detailed job orders from clients with a strong emphasis on thorough job matching
• Prepares Link staff for assignments with thorough orientation of job assignment and client site requirements
• Provides recognition to Link staff for good performance through implementation of company awards programs
• Processes Link staff timesheets and payroll according to regulations
• Contacts clients to monitor satisfaction and performance of Link staff
• Participates in and monitors all safety program training and can appropriately handle and investigate on the job injuries
• Participates in Risk and professional development training programs

ADMINISTRATION
• Provides information to support departments timely as requested
• Participates in rotation of on call schedule and responds to all calls according to standards

REQUIRED:
Education: Associate degree in business or equivalent
Experience: Two to three years of experience in human resources, recruiting, retail management or customer service
Skills: Ability to work in a fast pace environment, works independently with minimal supervision, ability to multi-task, advanced computer skills, good communication skills, good listener, detail oriented, team player, ability to work flexible hours.
