MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate must be able to work collaboratively, think creatively, act
resourcefully, and exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
A Bachelor's degree in a related area OR equivalent combination of educationand experience.
Teaching and/or coordinating experience in Adult Basic Education for Adults,Workforce Education, and/or Academic Transfer or equivalent combination of
related experience.
Two years of related professional experience.
Experience managing multiple activities and projects to successful completion.
Experience developing and implementing research techniques and processesand use of data for decision-making.
Experience with data analysis and trend identificationAPPLICATION PROCESS
