We are one of the first companies to offer Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), allowing healthcare providers to serve more patients, on-demand at a cost they can afford.  The company provides quality medical interpretive services for Limited English Proficiency (LEP) and deaf patients, improving patient care and delivering better healthcare outcomes.  The company is currently in a stage of high growth and recently raised capital from Health Enterprise Partners to fund current and future operations. As part of that growth, we are looking to add an Appointment Setter/Inside Sales Representative.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Appointment Setter/Inside Sales Representative will support aggressive revenue growth by generating sales qualified leads (SQLs) for our outside sales team. You will be responsible for meeting aggressive quarterly sales goals.  You will contribute to strategies that support aggressive SQL numbers and closed deals. The successful candidate will be someone who is self-driven and goal oriented.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Heavy outbound call experience
  • Set appointments for outside sales representatives
  • Insure revenue quotas are met or exceeded monthly
  • Create a high energy, positive, and lucrative culture between inside and outside sales representatives
  • Use Salesforce as CRM system and be diligent with data entry

Experience:

  • 3 to 5+ years of inside sales experience
  • Healthcare environment sales experience preferred
  • Direct experience as an inside sales representative
  • Experience leading and/or managing an inside sales department
  • Must have a hunter mentality and demonstrable results
  • Experience with web demonstrations preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Direct experience in Salesforce
  • Ability to operate with high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co-workers, customers, and suppliers
  • Strong work ethic and desire to succeed and grow professionally and personally
  • Ability to provide feedback for effective decision making
  • Detail oriented, highly organized with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Creative, forward thinker
  • Good IT system skills—Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
