MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- 2-3 years project support experience and/or relevant work experience in the Utility telecommunications environment.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently to influence others and resolve issues.
- Strong familiarity with project management software, including MS Project.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products, inclusive of Visio and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Team leadership and facilitation skills required.
- Solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies, and ability to develop and manage project plans and budgets.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in an IT support or technical environment, or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Familiar with various technology support tools (e.g. remote control problem management/problem tracking, network monitoring devices)
- Knowledge of mobile technologies and trends as it pertains to end user productivity. Additional knowledge of security with relation to mobile technologies expected.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business processes.
- Understanding of project management disciplines to effectively arrange resources and manage multiple small-to-large projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong technical knowledge, with hands-on systems experience in corporate application technologies (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with non-technical managers. Solid oral and written communications. An ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Excellent skills in dealing with unstructured problems that affect efficiency and effectiveness of customers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate's degree in engineering, or other related degree; or combination of education and/or relevant experience.
· 5 years utility/business relevant work including financial management, operations and/or planning.
· Knowledge of electric distribution and transmission system.
· Demonstrated ability to make decisions in a real-time environment with regard to customer service and safety to the public, company and/or contractor personnel and equipment.
· Excellent customer relations skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution.
· Demonstrated skills leading and developing personnel in a collaborative work environment and managing projects.
· Demonstrated safety leader.
· Strong teamwork, coaching, and organizational skills and an aptitude for process improvement.
· Demonstrated experience in collaborating with a wide range of internal and external customers.
