Financial Coach Positions
The Armed Forces Services Corporation (AFSC) is looking to hire 60 financial coaches to fulfill a contract with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Under this contract, which was awarded to AFSC following a full and open competitive procurement process, AFSC will embed financial coaching services in organizations that are already providing other services such as job training, education, social, and housing services. This model will allow the CFPB to identify and support people who may benefit from financial coaching the most, such as those transitioning, perhaps from military service, being unemployed or another tough financial situation.
