Seattle based Sabey Corporation is recruiting a Commercial Building Technician
Skills & Personal Characteristics:
· Two years experience providing commercial building services or facilities operations.
· Trade school can be partial substitute for experience.
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Washington State driver's license, excellent driving history, and automobile insurance required.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying, climbing (stairs & ladders) required throughout the day for repairs and maintenance of property and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge to operate and maintain small tools and equipment.
· Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and track projects in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
· Team player that can work independently and is looking for a great opportunity to learn and succeed with a growing Commercial Real Estate Company.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build long term relationships with tenants and vendors.
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of DDC (Direct Digital Controls); preferred not required.
- Strong PC skills to include Microsoft Office; preferred not required.
