Project Description:
2 projects, PM will be 50% on each.
Customer Onboarding – Utilizing SAP standard front office functionality, develop a streamlined entry process from WEBIC for construction call agents. This functionality will improve new customer intake and energy service requests, which represent 70% of the current construction workload.
Customer Self Service. The self-service project will evaluate the potential of the company’s existing e-form solution with an intention to deliver the following web based self-service enhancements:
• Web based move-in and move-out process currently available at the company website and will be replaced with the fully automated process in use at MyCompanywebsite.com.
• Web based Budget Payment Plan requests for Customer Care
• Web based Curtailment Authorized Interruptible Personnel List for Business Services
• Web based Net Metering application form for Energy Efficiency Services
• Web based Disconnect/Reconnect for panel upgrades and tree trimming

Gas Circuit Reliability Enhancement: This project will replace Telco bridged Gas SCADA circuits with new point to point circuits. The new circuits will be bridged via the existing company digital bridges.
Company Cable Record Replacement: Replace homegrown Access based application that tracks the cable record information.
Install OSIsoft PI data historian WLD (Wild Horse Server Migration to VM). Migration for existing servers to VM hosts. Setup a VM host with multiple guests per host, then migration to the new guest VMs of PI, Printer Server, and AD.

Project 1: Implement Encryption & data protection strategy: Implement encryption/scrambling for sensitive customer data.
Project 2: Routable Protocol Risk Mitigation: Implement a password sync tool for relays.
Project 3: Onboarding of third party vendors. Expand VDI implementation to allow for 3rd party usage without current environment/capacity concerns/limitations.
