Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years business development/outside sales experience.
- Proven track record of increasing sales or business opportunities through client relationships & development
- Ability to manage to budgets and expenses. Understand financial aspects of sales role, gross margins, sales reports, etc
- Previous experience in maintaining, as well as negotiating, with client partners
- Prior experience with ad specialty, advertising or promotions industry preferred but not required
