Typically this is a 30 hour work week; however, hours will flex based on business needs and the holiday season. The position pays $13.00 per hour, plus 40% employee discount on shoes, apparel and handbags.

Qualifications
Must be familiar online retail, web browsing and general ecommerce.
Background responding to customers via email a plus.
Must have experience with Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and adapt to change.
Candidate has strong interpersonal, analytical, and reasoning skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communications and maintain composure under pressure.
High integrity and a team player attitude are required.
Participation in all business objectives, which includes sales contests and vendor events.
Friendly and personable personality is essential.
On time attendance and schedule flexibility required.
Requirements
Requires a High School education or equivalent.
1+ year of Customer Service call center experience desirable.
10 key and ability to type 45 WPM.
Must successfully pass both a criminal background and credit check
