Automation Engineer at up to $65 p/ hour DOE
Knowledge of core Internet and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, ARP, HTTP, HTTP/S, SSH), IP communication, packet structure, load balancing equipment, and troubleshooting.
Experience with web application development platforms, tools and utilities including Python, JavaScript, Ruby and PERL.
Experience developing and implementing scripted automation solutions to optimize operational tasks.
Experience with server hardware technologies and systems support - administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, security, and general maintenance of Intel platforms.
Experience with enterprise operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Linux.
Experience with database schema design for OLAP and OLTP and database management systems including Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
Experience developing Runbook Automation workflows using CA ITPAM or similar tools such as Opsware/HP Operations Orchestration/ServiceNow Orchestrator.
Proven ability to participate with other functional teams in systems integration and design including writing operational specifications, test plans and requirements management with attention to detail.
Superior judgment, problem resolution, team building, negotiation, budgeting, and decision-making skills as well as the ability to work under continual deadline pressure.
Superb written and verbal communications skills; excellent presentation skills.

Requirements
5+ year's professional software or test automation development experience for shipping high quality commercial enterprise product (database, operating system etc.).
Superb oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines to achieve desired outcomes.
