·         Substantial experience in planning, design, specification preparation, maintenance, project cost estimating and scheduling (typically achieved after 7 years' practice as a degreed engineer).

·         Demonstrated organization, documentation, prioritization, and project management skills.

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communications and problem solving skills. 
• Comfort working in the office as well out at the jobsite.
