· Hands-on general building maintenance repair, Facilities Building Tech ()
· Perform a variety of hands-on maintenance work tasks as assigned by supervisor, including but not limited to painting, drywall, moving furnishings and equipment, assembling furnishings and equipment, minor plumbing and electrical work, door and lock repair and other tasks such as hanging items on walls etc.
