HIRING EVENT ON SATURDAY AUGUST 6TH 10AM TO 2PM

 

 

Inbound Wireless Customer Service Reps are instrumental in helping Xerox Business Services, LLC., to achieve their business goals by receiving and processing telephone request in an effective, efficient and courteous manner.  Customer Assistants handle inbound calls from external customers (no cold calls or telemarketing). 

 

*FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT –PAID TRAINING STARTS $12 PER HOUR

*NO COLD CALLING OR SALES

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 

·         Must possess a High school diploma or GED.

·         Must be a minimum of 18 Years of Age or older.

·         Minimum of 6 Months Customer Service Experience required, Call Center Experience preferred.

·         Ability to read and understand written material and information stored on computers and in hardcopy, successfully pass Call Center Environment testing.

·         Ability to use a computer and frequently input data while speaking with customers/clients, requiring computer aptitude and typing skills of 20 words per minute minimum.

·         Open availability for regular call center hour's 6am-11:00 pm Monday-Sunday.  Required availability for days, evenings and weekends, as we cannot guarantee your shift after the 12 week training period  

 

·         Excellent reading, communication and interpersonal skills.
