Call Center Representatives

National placement agency has an immediate need for their client who is working with the CDC and needs Call Center Representatives to contact residents regarding surveys.  There is absolutely NO selling involved.  This is a long term temp to hire position that offers performance based incentives, medical, 401K, profit sharing and paid time off.  The salary starts at $13.00 per hour and will be raised to $15.00 per hour in January.  The job is located in downtown Seattle.  Hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Schedule will be determined at time of hire.

 

The job requirements are:

·         High School Diploma/GED

·         Minimum of 1 year of previous call center experience

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and interact well with others

·         Basic computer skills

·         Ability to problem solve, prioritize and multi-task
