Costco is seeking to hire up to 90 seasonal employees and will begin training classes in September and October. The position will be from September to mid-January. Hours will fluctuate between 35 to 40 hours per week.
The position will entail answering inbound phone calls from members and respond to e-mails, articulating information both verbally and in writing in a way that can be easily understood by members, identifying and solving complex problems including problem de-escalation.
These positions require strong communication skills, strong computer skills with the ability to type 30 wpm and maneuver between screens. The typical hours for the positions are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday/Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The starting wage is $13.50 per hour.
