Maintenance Tech/Handyman
One of the State’s fastest growing real estate companies is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join their team. They are looking for a person who can perform maintenance work/repairs on a portfolio of single family homes and multifamily apartments located around Seattle and the Eastside.

Responsibilities Include:
· Providing great customer service to our owners and tenants
· All facets of apartment/house make-ready
· Handyman fixes (light electrical, plumbing, etc)
· Trouble-shooting HVAC
· Completing service requests
· Working closely with the Maintenance Coordinator on all aspects of maintenance required to provide exceptional service
· Creating invoices and tracking work progress on in our software
· Performing property inspections and tenant move in’s/outs
Requirements:
· Light carpentry, plumbing & electrical skills
· Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies
· Must provide own tools & reliable transportation
· Strong communication skills
· Apartment make-ready & work-order experience a plus
· Five years’ experience as a top performing maintenance technician preferred
· Good written and verbiage communication skills
· Be able to pass a full back ground check
$21.00 - $24.00 hourly DOE
