As a result of our April Job Fair for the King County Department of Natural Resources & Parks (DNRP) 20 WorkSource customers were hired!!
DNRP’s Wastewater Treatment Division now has 5 Seasonal Helper openings, and is working exclusively with WorkSource to get some more qualified candidates (see job details below).
Qualified and interested candidates must email a resume exhibiting their qualifications with the email subject line “Wastewater Seasonal Helper Job” directly to wtdhr@kingcounty.gov no later than Friday, June 10!

5 King County Wastewater Treatment Division Seasonal Helper (mid-June through mid-Oct) jobs @ $18.12/hr
Work Locations/Days/Hours:
~ 2 positions at Brightwater Plant (Woodinville), M-F 7am-3:30pm
~ 2 positions at West Point Plant (Discovery Park), four 10-hour days either M-TH or T-TH
~ 1 positions at South Plant (Renton), four 10-hour days either M-TH or T-TH
Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills
1 year of demonstrated experience in the safe operation of:
~ hand and power tools
~ power lawn mowers
~ hedge trimmers
~ industrial pressure washers
Desired Qualifications
~ Experience working in landscaping or gardening
~ Forklift certification
~ Pesticide certification
Licensing/Certification Requirements
~ Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Washington State Driver’s License
~ Pre-employment physical and driver’s abstract will be required
