Staffing Coordinator-
Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a full-time Staffing Coordinator to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties and the daily scheduling and coordination of CAREGivers and clients in order to provide the highest quality to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Schedule clients with appropriate CAREGivers demonstrating a clear understanding of client
needs and CAREGiver abilities.
• Schedule client consultations and CAREGiver introductions.
• Monitor, mediate, and log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing the software system.
• Follow up with all client and CAREGiver issues to ensure their problems are resolved.
• Create and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver files and records.
• Field new client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner.


Staffing Coordinator Qualifications:
• Staffing experience and managing multiple daily tasks with Clear Care or other staffing software
a plus.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high stress environment with constantly changing priorities.
