Targa Real Estate has an immediate need for a Maintenance Technician for Riverview Apartments in Des Moines. Targa Real Estate Service is a well-established property management company which provides professional management for commercial, multifamily, residential and HOA services.
The Maintenance Technician opening will be located at a multifamily apartment building in Des Moines. This position requires that the technician live onsite and provide 24 hour maintenance in the case of emergencies. Candidates must have skills and abilities in drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, power/hand tools, landscaping, cleaning, pool service, appliance repair/installation, cabinetry and must be able to work without supervision and complete duties, tasks and meet deadlines.
This position is basically 40 hours per week and in addition to a salary of $12.50 per hour, will also offer a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, paid utilities and cable, medical and dental insurance, a vision plan and paid vacation. Please note that candidates MUST be on call in case of emergencies.
