PrideStaff is looking for multiple customer service representatives to start training next week!! If you know anyone with 2 years of experience looking for call center/customer service work, please provide them with the below information!
We are seeking Multiple Customer Service Representatives to ensure that each customer's experience is highly enjoyable! This positions may involve taking inbound & making outbound calls as well as responding to emails and phone messages. Call center experience is a plus!
Rate of Pay: $12/hr to start with attendance bonus
Location: Renton
Hours: Day Shift Training, will move to Afternoon/Evening schedules once trained
Job responsibilities may include:
· Support office with administrative responsibilities
· Answering Multi-Line Phone System
· Assisting Customers with Online Orders
· Taking Payments
· Special Projects as Designated
Qualifications:
· Experience in at least one of the following areas: Billing, Collections, Telemarketing
· 2+ years customer service and/or sales experience NEEDED
· Possess a high standard of service in both telephone and email support
· MUST be proficient in MS Office
