MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.•
6 years of experience working and developing in distributed computing technologies.•
2 years of experience in system design and troubleshooting.•
5 or more years' experience with SAN/NAS technologies, Unix and Intel based systems, , administration and tools.•
Experience with many of the following: EMC (VMAX\Symmetrix, VNX, Celarra, Clariion , VPLEX, ViPR SRM), Hitachistorage and subsystems, Cisco Fiber Switches, Brocade Fibre Switches, , NetApp Storage Arrays, IBM Shark, IBM Fast-t,
•
Experience with network operating systems - Unix (AIX, Solaris, HP Unix), Linux, Windows,•
Experience with Backup and Recovery software - VERITAS) NetBackup, EMC Networker, Avamar, CommVault.•
Demonstrated experience and a strong foundation (conceptually and "hands-on") in SAN zoning, LUN masking, fibrechannel protocol, and TCP/IP's use in storage management.
•
Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, WINS, and DHCP site architecture development•
Solid experience with systems monitoring, job scheduling, and system configuration.•
Demonstrated project management experience managing implementations of new enterprise-wide technology initiatives.•
Proven effective track record of customer interactions.•
Experience with scripting languages.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
