SeaTac - $15/hour
- Service Agent (10 people)
The Service Agent will prepare and service vehicles prior to rental. This function includes refueling, cleaning and washing, checking fluids and pressure levels of all vehicles.
- Senior Customer Assistance Representative (5 people) – This position is hourly + monthly customer service bonuses
The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face interaction. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support in home city branches or airport locations.
Downtown Seattle - $13/hour
- Full Time Shuttle Driver – 40/hrs week (5 people)
- Part Time Shuttle Driver – up to 25/hrs week (6 people)
We are looking for drivers who have a background in customer service as well. Cruise Ship season is our busiest season----and these drivers will be primarily picking people up from the cruise ships and bringing them back to our downtown office. The Driver delivers vehicles and in some instances, customers, employees or vendors safely and timely to the appropriate destination(s) while giving helpful, courteous and professional customer service.
- Service Agent (3 people)
The Service Agent will prepare and service vehicles prior to rental. This function includes refueling, cleaning and washing, checking fluids and pressure levels of all vehicles.
- Rental Agent (2 people) – This position is hourly + commission
The Rental Agent will provide a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction (at time of rental and return) using the company approved sales and service techniques. Facilitate the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.
- Return Agent (2 people)
This position is specifically for assisting customers with returning cars. Understanding how to explain a receipt to customers and being able to assist with any problems that have come up during the rental process. The Return Agent provides superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process, and assists all customers with the rental return process. Provides professional, knowledgeable and courteous service while accurately completing all transactions. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.
Minimum Qualifications for Service Agents & Shuttle Drivers
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug/alcohol convictions, or reckless/negligent driving incidents on driving record within the past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Minimum Qualifications for Customer Assistance Representative & Return Agent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years
- No drug/alcohol convictions, or reckless/negligent driving incidents on driving record within the past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Minimum Qualifications for Rental Agents
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have previous sales experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years
