PSE is hiring a Sr. Risk Control & Credit Analyst OR BELOW; Job #72332; Bellevue

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, science, finance or other relevant field; or equivalent combination of education

and/or relevant experience may be substituted.

• 5 years relevant experience (such as energy accounting, physical/financial commodity markets).

• Advanced experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

• High attention to detail.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate with both internal and external customers to accomplish tasks in a timely

manner.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of

management.

• Proven analytic and quantitative decision-making skills, including performing detailed analysis and developing

recommendations.

• Ability to query databases, build excel pivot tables, and synthesize communication.

• Basic understanding of commodity transactions and financial data, and preparing analysis reports.

• Knowledge of financial derivative instruments, risk measures and probability distribution concepts.
