Orion Commercial Partners is hiring a Property Management Assistant
Local Commercial Real Estate Company is seeking a full-time Property Management Assistant for long-term employment in a great work environment. We are looking for a person who has experience in commercial real estate property management. This individual must be self-disciplined, motivated, organized and able to work independently. Must be able to meet deadlines while producing accurate work product.
Responsibilities include:
1) Assist Property Managers with tenant requests and service issues
2) Tracking and compliance of all certificates of insurance – Tenant/Vendor/Owner
3) Assist with spreadsheets/databases as needed
4) Tenant and vendor correspondence as needed
5) Assist with special projects as needed
6) Administration of vendor contracts
7) Some filing
Candidate must possess:
1) Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial real estate property management administrative work
2) Self-Starter and highly motivate
3) High standards with strong ability to work within deadlines
4) Integrity and Commitment
5) Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
6) Well organized, detail oriented and reliable
7) Meet constant deadlines and schedules
8) Excellent communication and written skills
9) Team oriented with a positive attitude
10) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office a must
