My Loving Nanny is hiring Nannies for their Backup Care Program to work with a high volume of families in need of back up care on a daily basis. The work is very regular and consistent and can provide up to full-time 40 hour weeks. My Loving Nanny provides in-home childcare for corporate employees around the greater Seattle area. Hours are very flexible and schedules can be 4 day 12 hour shifts, 5 day 8 hour shifts, and candidates can pick the days they want to work and set their own schedule.
3 years of previous childcare experience is required but this can be in the form of being a teacher or other work with children, mothers and family members who have raised children, summer camp volunteers, childcare center experience, Sunday School or tutor volunteers. Candidates must be 19 years or older, be a non-smoker and must be able to provide 3 childcare references and 1 personal reference. Must have or be willing to get a CPR and First Aid Certificate. Must be able to pass a thorough background check. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Salary is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on the amount of children for the job.
