In this role, you will oversee the City's investment in multifamily rental projects by monitoring affording housing properties' compliance with regulatory agreements. You will work directly with programs such as the Seattle Housing Levy, HOME, federal Community Development Block Grant, Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, Section 8, McKinney, and more.
