Support Image Analyst

Precision Image  Analysis, Inc. (PIA) provides an innovative remote image post-processing analysis  service  for use in diagnostic medical studies. The HIPAA-compliant IT architecture enables physicians to remotely transmit images to PIA and have the cases post-processed and returned with a detailed report.

Precision Image Analysis is looking for support analysts to post-process full-body MR medical images. Training will be included and provided, experience is not necessary. The support analysts will be part of a collaborative team that will provide support for the Project Leads. As a member of the Research team, the support analyst will work closely with certified image analysts in analyzing MR cases on a daily basis. The position involves fast-paced, detail-orientated work that may require evening and/or weekend shifts.

 

Responsibilities

·        Post-process images with guidance from certified PIA analysts

 

o   Quantification of Adipose tissue volumes

o   Quantification of organ volumes and dimensions

o   Quantification of cardiac function

o   Image pre-processing: image preparation - recognizing and accessing image artifacts and de-sampling

o   Provide support to Project Leads

·        Self-Manage  deadlines

o   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet specific deadlines: taking responsibility to complete assigned cases accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner.

·        Other operations duties to support the team.

 

Desired skills and education (Preferred - Not Required)

·        Experience with post-processing software: Comfortable with using and/or learning medical imaging post-processing software. Please provide a detailed list of software experience if applicable (experience a bonus).

·        Excellent attention to detail: Ability to follow specific Standard Operating Procedures to complete cases with a strong initiative to follow-through under close supervision in a complex environment.

·        Solid problem solving skills and the ability to work issues to their root cause and come up with ideas to prevent their reoccurrence.

Due to the responsibilities of this position a background check is required. Compensation will depend on your experience. We believe a full-time position is best, but part-time employment will be considered for the right candidate. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Office Manager

 

Job Description

Responsibilities

The office manager is responsible for completing tasks necessary for the day to day operations of PIA, focusing on administrative services. The Office Manager supports the Executive Team, and reports to the CEO/President.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·        Human Resources:  Recruitment and records management

·        Purchasing of supplies and equipment in accordance with company procedures

·        Physical facilities, space and equipment management

·        Reception

·        Maintain files for all departments

·        Prepare reports

·        Manages logistics for travel

·        Assists with payroll

 

Job Requirements

·        Facility with Microsoft Office Suite

·        Competence with office machines

·        Knowledge of basic principles of book keeping

·        Ease interacting with multiple department heads and professionals across different disciplines

 

Education and Experience

-        Associates Degree Minimum; BA/BS preferred

-        Minimum five years’ experience in an office setting

-        Medical/healthcare experience desirable
