Paccar is seeking a full-time call center representative for a seasonal position that will go to permanent full-time work. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English as they will start out speaking English with customers and will ultimately over a period of a year be speaking with South American customers regarding roadside assistance on Kenworth trucks.
Again, fluent Spanish is required to speak with customers in Ecuador, Peru, Chile and Columbia. They also stress that customers will be speaking with all 50 states and need to be able to understand a southern or east coast accent.
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of customer call center experience using a headset, flexibility regarding schedule which may include nights, weekends or holidays. The salary will start out at $40,000 per year.
