Puget Sound Energy is hiring a:
All Levels Business Support Analyst (job #58904) who will provide technical support (troubleshooting, maintenance, enhancements) and consultation
for a variety of database, tracking and information management tools used throughout the department and organizations
supported by the department. Current systems include, but are not limited to:
•
Access databases used in tracking, managing and reporting on:o Outages
o Relays
o Emergent Work Requests
o Engineering Change Authorization Requests (ECARs)
o Substation Electric Assembly Bill of Materials (SEABOM)
•
Tableau dashboards:o Engineering progress on capital projects portfolio
o Substation Engineering project progress and contacts
o Joint Facilities Notification (JFN) request processing
•
Excel tracking, reporting and forecasting workbooks:o Electric Distribution System Design project prioritization and progress
o Gas Distribution System Design project prioritization and progress
o As-built drawing management
This person provides related application maintenance, troubleshooting, and training for internal and external stakeholders
when necessary, and assists with application system implementation, testing and/or upgrades as appropriate (may include
coding and scripting). We need someone who can input data and evaluate the output from departmental modeling tools, benchmarking comparisons and performance reporting.
