QUALIFICATIONS

 A Master's degree in adult education, educational leadership, educational technology or a related

field;

 Three years in adult education, continuing education, online program or competency-based

education environments or related experience;

 Program marketing or business development experience in education, training or related settings;

 Experience in policy and administration in higher education for adults, competency based

education and eLearning;

 Demonstrated excellence in communication to both individuals and groups virtually and in leading

outcomes-oriented meetings and workgroups;

 Demonstrated project organization skills and a demonstrated ability to direct initiatives from initial

stages to full implementation;

 Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and execute multiple complex tasks;

 Ability to manage and work effectively in online meetings and workgroups;

 Knowledge of and facility with online project management and meeting tools;

 Experience creating and maintaining web-based resources and virtual communities
