First America has an immediate need for multiple Customer Service Representatives to work in their Seattle Call Center. These positions are both full-time and part-time and will entail as acting as a liaison for internal/external customers, providers and the First Transit client, and King County Metro. Will resolve complaints, concerns and incidents within required timeframe while providing excellent customer service. Must be able to work independently and in a team oriented environment, have basic computer skills and the ability to multi task. The salary is $13.00 per hour.
