  • Develop, recommend, implement, and lead the Asset Management Program framework, including goals, strategies, and performance measures
  • Define customer service level goals; identify and evaluate options and cost consequences of various service level goals; monitor whether the program achieves desired customer service levels; and recommends corrective actions to senior managers when necessary
