SALARY: $3,309.00 - $4,340.00 Monthly $39,708.00 - $52,080.00 Annually OPENING DATE: 10/23/15 CLOSING DATE: 11/02/15 05:00 PM DESCRIPTION: WorkSource Everett is recruiting for a WorkFirst Career Coach - WorkSource Specialist 4 (WSS4) position.  WorkFirst (WF) Career Coaches contribute to the organization mission through the one-on-one job search case management of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients to the goal of self-sufficiency.  WF Career Coaches ensure customers have completed assets for a successful job search including:  assessment of skills and abilities, labor market information, master application, resume, 60-second commercial and interviewing.  Upon completion of all job search assets, the Career Coach works one-on-one with assigned customers assisting them in their individual job search.  Assistance includes making job and employment referrals and providing monetary support services.  In addition, the Career Coach is responsible for monitoring customers' job search activities to ensure they meet their required participation hours as well as recording participation hours, entering services and making comprehensive case notes.
