SERVICE STAFF:
Care Manager (CM)
- The CM supports
our residents by providing personal care, housekeeping, and culinary services.
In Life's Neighborhood (our memory care program) this person also provides the
bulk of all resident activity. The CM will utilize the principles of choice,
respect for individuality, dignity, privacy, and independence when caring for
our residents.
Concierge - The Concierge is our "Director of First
Impressions".
Cook - The
Cook provides food preparation and line service functions associated with the
full service kitchen operation in the community.
Dishwasher - The Dishwasher works with kitchen staff as a team;
scraping, racking and washing the service ware, returning it to the established
work area.
Driver - Our Drivers have a well
deserved reputation for providing a professional, customer focused service to
our residents.
Housekeeper - The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning of all
residents' apartments and common areas.
Medication Care
Manager - The
Medication Care Manager promotes the three principles of assisted living:
offering choice, maintaining dignity, and promoting individuality to create an
environment of Optimal Living for all residents.
Life Enrichment Director
/ Activities (LED) - The LED is responsible for designing, facilitating and providing a
comprehensive activities program that meets the individual needs and
preferences of the residents.
Business Office
Manager (BOM) - The BOM is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll,
and benefits processing.
Care Director (ALD,
LND or RSD) - The
Care Director takes primary responsibility for the Care Staff and their
performance. He/she supports the General
Manager in the management of resident care as well as budget development and
implementation of cost controls. Works with the Health Services Director in the
resident assessment/service planning process and has accountability for
establishing assignments for Care Staff and for their hiring, orientation and
retention.
Culinary Services
Director (CSD) - The CSD provides proactive leadership, overall direction and operational
management of our culinary services team.
Maintenance Director - The Maintenance Director is responsible for the general
maintenance and repair of the community, including plumbing, painting,
carpentry, and electrical.
Key Leadership and
Nursing:
General Manager (GM)
– The GM will
provide proactive leadership, overall direction, administration, and management
of all aspects of the community to include effective employee management and
solid financial performance.
Sales/Marketing Director
(MD) - The MD
works directly with the General Manager and the Corporate Marketing Team to
develop, execute and enhance sales strategy.
Nurse/Health Services
Director (HSD) - The HSD is an integral member of the management team, contributing health
care expertise to promote an environment of Optimal Living for our residents.
Wellness Nurse - Under the general
direction of the Health Services Director, he/she promotes the concept of
Optimal Living, providing health care expertise when necessary to assist in
maintaining resident self-care and stability of medical conditions.
