The CDL Driver provides pickup, transportation, and delivery for a variety of customers while ensuring the safety and security of the cargo and establishing business relationships with customers on the assigned route.

Ideal candidates will have: •CDL Class B required (CDL Class A preferred and may be required for specific positions or routes) •Valid Washington state driver's license •Clean five (5) year driving record •Maintain a current and valid DOT physical card •Two (2) years of route driving experience •Knowledge of traffic laws and demonstrated safe driving •Forklift training or certification preferred •Customer service experience preferred •Familiarity with primary roads and neighborhoods of the Western Washington metro areas
Box Truck/Forklift Driver

We are looking for a full time forklift & box truck driver to join our team! This position will help support our Assembly & Packaging division. This position will also perform production tasks when there is no driving.
This is a full time position, the hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.

Minimum Requirements:
-1 year forklift and driving experience preferred
-Valid WA State Driver's license
-Acceptable 5-year driving abstract

Route Drivers make donation pickups in the Puget Sound area, load and unload these donations onto the truck, provide exceptional service, and represent Northwest Center by informing the community of the positive impact their donations will have.

**Route Drivers are eligible for bonuses of up to $350 each quarter, based on performance. Ample overtime opportunities.**
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Clean 5 year driving record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift goods weighing 25lbs consistently, and on occasion up to 75lbs
- Ability to maintain physical activity for the duration of a 10 hour shift
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
