Administrative/Clerical Assistant – Accounting                Shoreline Area

This position assists the  Financial Manager in office and accounting tasks through:

 

·         A/P entry and check preparation for multiple small companies

·         A/R invoicing, post and maintain automatic invoices

·         Conduct banking deposits

·         Journal entry posting

·         Set up, process and maintain 1099 files

·         Maintain accounting office files and binders

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

·         Working knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office applications

·         5 to 8 years of office administration, bookkeeping

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Highly organized with attention to detail

·         Comfortable working in a predefined office space
